Perrelet spins up production of its Turbine Technology collection in 2020

Swiss watchmaker, which can trace its ancestry all the way back to 1777, relaunched with a second generation of the Turbine collection in 2019 and will continue to focus on the family in 2020.

2019 was the 10th anniversary year for Perrelet’s Turbine Technology watch housing the COSC-certified double rotor Turbine Evo movement with a 42-hour power reserve.

The Swiss watchmaker, which can trace its ancestry all the way back to 1777, relaunched with a second generation of the Turbine collection and will continue to focus on the family in 2020.

The look is still sporty but the latest watches are more refined in their 44mm steel cases with new lugs, a flatter and smoother bezel and a fluted shape.

The watch can come in steel or with the option of black or rose gold PVD coating.

The famous 12-blade dial, a distinctive design code of all Perrelet’s turbine models, remains, and is protected under a sapphire glass.

As the blades spin, a lower sub-dial is revealed with shades of red, electric blue or gold.
