British fashion label Paul Smith has announced the launch of its new watch collection.
Distributed by Swico in the UK, Paul Smith’s new watches are designed in-house and will consist of an initial 38-piece collection with six sib-collections.
Each boasts multi-functions including day-date, chronograph and two-hand and three-hand movements. Case sizes include 42mm, 42.5mm, 39mm and 41mm stainless steel cases, available in steel and rose gold PVD plating and on either a leather strap or stainless steel bracelet.
The brand says that the new collections are inspired by its founder’s love of design and global travel. Paul Smith himself plays a significant role in the design of the new watches.
“Paul Smith watches look fantastic on the wrist as they remain so classic. Hints of colour and subtle details are what make these watches unique to Paul Smith, reflecting the ‘classic with a twist’ ethos that are so prominent in my collections,” Smith said. “Pieces in each watch collection can take on a very different feel from a wearable bracelet to a more sleek leather strap.”
Paul Smith watches are currently available in Paul Smith boutiques, Harrods, Beaverbrooks and selected independents, with a starting price of £170 RRP.
