Patek Philippe 2021 Exhibition opens in London before heading to Stratford-Upon-Avon

Exhibition is open this weekend at Watches of Switzerland on Regent Street before moving to Pragnell in Mayfair and then Stratford-Upon-Avon.

A Patek Philippe Exhibition showing 69 watches from the brand’s 2021 collection is continuing this weekend at Watches of Switzerland on London’s Regent Street.

The collection of Patek Philippe’s calendar, chronograph and travel watch collections is on show at the flagship showroom until Sunday.

It then moves to Pragnell’s boutique in Mayfair for a run from May 24 to 29, and then up to the retailer’s Stratford-Upon-Avon shop from June 1 to 7 and then Leicester store from June 8 to 12.

Additional dates around the UK are still to be confirmed, but Patek Philippe has said that Lunn’s in Belfast will host after Pragnell.

Both Pragnell and Watches of Switzerland advise people to book appointments in advance.

“It’s just such a joy to present the Patek Philippe Exhibition Collection 2021 to our friends, collectors, clients, press and people who love the very best of fine watchmaking,” says Adrian Lurshay, Patek Philippe UK managing director.

“This is an exceptional collection of watches and we are genuinely thrilled to be able to showcase it here in London,” he adds.

Patek Philippe 2021 Exhibition Collection features a selection of the most treasured ladies’ and men’s timepieces from the classic collection, alongside refined reinterpretations and brand-new watches revealed this year, including the Ref. 5990/1 Nautilus Travel Time Chronograph that combines rose gold with a blue sunburst dial.

Among the most sought after models on show is the new olive green Nautilus Ref. 5711/1A model that replaces the discontinued blue reference.

2021 Calatrava watches (Ref. 6119R-001 and Ref. 6119G-001) are another highlight, not least because their classic looks are such a signature style for Patek Philippe, and often the entry point for enthusiasts buying their first watch from the brand.

At the more complicated end of the range, the exhibition will present Patek Philippe’s Annual Calendar Ref. 5396R-011 and Calatrava Pilot Travel Time Ref. 5524G-001.

“To see so many of Patek’s Philippe’s complications in one place and to be able to open our doors to watch lovers after such a difficult year for everyone is absolutely magical,” says Watches of Switzerland Group CEO Brian Duffy.

“It’s like a watch fair here in the heart of London. Our thanks to Adrian Lurshay and his team for helping us deliver what will be a truly memorable exhibition.”
