Ozil’s Bond Street signing for Cyrus at Frost

Germany’s most expensive footballer of all time, Mesut Özil, was out in support of watch brand Cyrus on Bond Street last week.

The Arsenal player, who signed for a club-record fee of £42.5million last summer, has also been a brand ambassador for the Swiss watch brand since last year and visited Cyrus’s exclusive UK retailer, Frost of London, for a meet and greet with some of the boutique’s best customers and their children.

Ozil, himself a watch enthusiast, signed autographs and chatted with fellow watch buyers before posing with Frost’s founders.

Joseph Banin, Co-Founder of Frost of London, said: “We have a highly integrated team at the boutique and offer an exceptionally personal service to our customers. The informal event was an opportunity to acknowledge our customers with a very unique experience and rejoice our position as exclusive UK retailer of the Cyrus brand and the association with Mr Özil. The evening was very well received.”

The Bond Street boutique was opened in 2009 and is now the company’s flagship store following its launch of a boutique in Hanoi’s Sofitel Plaza, in Vietnam last year. The London boutique will undergo an extensive refit this year.
