Nuval is planning to push American railway watch brand Ball Watches in the UK market after taking over distribution of the brand earlier this month.
The brand has 33 points of sale and is already stocked at major chains including Signet Group stores and Chisholm Hunter but Nuval believes that there are areas of the UK in which it is under represented.
Ball Watches was previously handling UK distribution in house but as the brand has started to pick up momentum in the UK it felt the need to employ a UK-based distribution company.
Nuval sales director Chris Bedworth said: “From a distribution perspective it is a set up business already, but there are some major towns and cities that it is not in that it should be. We want to work closely with the retailers like Signet and Chisolm Hunter that have been there from day one.”
