Tecnica ombre blanche

New Parmigiani houses four complications

Parmigiani Fleurier has taken the wraps off its latest haute horology piece, the Tecnica Ombre Blanche, which includes no fewer than four complications.

The manual winding PF351 calibre is composed of 504 components and controls minute repeater, tourbillon, indication of the 42 hour power reserve and perpetual calendar functions.

The repeater sounds on the hour, quarter-hour and minutes on two cathedral gongs and is wound using a knurled, rotating ring under the bezel.

The polished 18ct rose gold, three piece case is 45mm in diameter with sapphire crystal on the front and rear.

The 18ct rose gold dial is coated with a white Grand Feu enamel and topped with 18ct rose gold appliqué indices. A Havana-coloured alligator strap from Hermes secures the watch, fastened with a pin buckle.

The Tecnica Ombre Blanche was launched alongside an entirely redesigned and reworked Tonda Qualite Fleurier that offers superior chronometric performance.
