French watch manufacturer Paris France Montres has launched a new brand of unisex watches inspired by the colours of fruit.
The brand is called Thirsty Watch and is launching with a selection of 12 colours of watches matched to fruits, such as white coconut, pink dragon fruit and yellow star fruit.
Thirsty Watch will exhibit at BaselWorld this year and has already signed up Edox distributor Ferndale UK to represent the brand in the UK. It has also signed distributors in the UAE, Lebanon, Japan, Greece, Spain and France.
The colourful polycarbonate watches with steel crowns and unidirectional graduated bezels are packaged inside dinks bottles. The watches have RRPs of €89 (£72).
Paris France Montres boss David Attias said that he has created the new brand in homage to his father and the company’s founder René Attias, who was a fan of coloured watches in the 1980s.
