Braun has released an exclusive alarm clock in partnership with fashion brand Off-White, the second collaboration between the two companies.
Off-White’s founder Virgil Abloh is doing more and more work with Braun, mixing his creative vision with Braun’s expertise in manufacturing high quality products.
The alarm clock model of choice is Braun’s classic BC02, which is an understated analogue piece derived from the iconic AB1, designed by Dieter Rams and Dietrich Lubs in the late 1980’s. The new Off-White™ c/o Braun edition is available in a highly saturated orange or a muted light blue colour scheme, along with Off-White™ branding.
These distinct Pantones were chosen, says Abloh says they chose these colours because they immediately “stand out in an interior setting design.”
The clock has a matte finish case and dial, a quiet precision quartz movement, and a crescendo-sound alarm itself. It’s 57mm tall by 57mm wide.
White™ c/o Braun was launched on Tuesday (23 February) and is available at Off-White™ online and select Off-White™ boutiques worldwide.
