Be covid 19 safe awareness course

National Association of Jewellers hosts online courses for reopening after lock down

Aim is to help jewellers feel confident about returning to work; and understand how to protect themselves, co-workers and customers from catching and spreading Covid-19.

The National Association of Jewellers is hosting online courses designed to keep jewellery and watch retailers, plus manufacturers and distributors, safe as they reopen after the Covid-19 lock down.

The courses are free to NAJ members, and £100 to £200 per course, depending on how many users from a single company access them.

NAJ’s StoreSafe COVID-19 Awareness Course has been developed from the four key principles:

  • Start Safe – Essential information for employees and guidance on travelling to store
  • Store Safe – Building on ‘normal’ requirements from HSE
  • Task Safe – Assessing tasks against social distancing regulations
  • Home Safe – Leaving store safely

The aim is to help jewellers feel confident about returning to work; understand how to protect themselves, co-workers and customers from catching and spreading Covid-19; and demonstrating assurance to customers by displaying the ‘StoreSafe’ certificate in your store.

Businesses can sign up for the courses by clicking here.
