Montblanc has unveiled a pair of world timers named the Star Legacy Orbis Terrarum.

Their design is inspired by 19th century pocket watches from Minerva, which is now owned by Montblanc, and includes elements such as round, polished pebble-shaped cases with onion-shaped crowns.

The 43mm wristwatches come in Automatic Date and Chronograph Day & Date variants using gold or steel cases and brown or blue colored maps of the world viewed from the North Pole on their dials with 24 cities positioned around the globe.

They use Montblanc’s in-house Calibre MB M29.20 automatic movement with 42 hours power reserve.

An 18ct limited edition of 500 pieces is priced at $20,800 while the stainless steel models sell for $6,800.
