Mondaine adopts mechanical movements for fresh range of Evo2 automatics

0

Mondaine has introduced a fresh collection of Evo2 automatic timepieces combining the brand’s famous Swiss Railway clock watch face with a mechanical movement.

Mondaine is best-knows for quartz watches, but previous forays into automatics have sold well, so retailers and customers are likely to welcome the return of a mechanical option.

There are pieces in 40mm or 35mm, with strap option in black or red leather, yellow fabric or a steel mesh.

Mesh bracelet models are priced at £599 for either size while the pieces on straps are £549.

All models use Swiss made Selitta SW200-1 movements, which can be seen through transparent case backs.
