Meistersinger is working with its retailers in The Netherlands to raise money for the Dutch Red Cross.
The German-based watch business has strong links to its Dutch partners thanks to the experience of Jon Van Steen, managing partner at Meistersinger, who originates from the lowland country.
For every Meistersinger watch sold in the next three months, there will be a donation of €100 to the Dutch Red Cross in order to support them in the battle against Covid-19.
The Netherlands has had almost 26,000 cases of Covid-19 and almost 3,000 deaths.
Like most of Europe, its brick and mortar stores are closed, but many of Meistersinger’s partners are still able to sell watches online.
