Maurice Lacroix has balanced the PR power of eye-popping colourful watch releases with the mainstream appeal of on-trend bankers for its bestselling Aikon family this year.
Its latest additions fall firmly in the latter camp, a range of 38mm Aikon Venturer pieces that will appeal equally to men and women.
The new range will be unveiled to the British watch-loving public for the first time at WATCHPRO Salon next month.
First seen in 2016 as a range designed for millennials wanting a piece of Swiss horology on their wrists, the range has grown in breadth and depth with several sizes, colours, complications and styles.
Adding 38mm models on integrated steel bracelets or rubber straps, brings unisex appeal to the collection.
Black or green dialed versions are available, both housing the ML115 calibre, a Sellita SW200-1 with Maurice Lacroix tweaks.
On this occasion, the movement is concealed behind a closed steel case back.
Prices are CHF 1,990 for the versions on a rubber strap, CHF 2,150 on a steel bracelet and CHF 2,270 for a package with both strap and bracelet.
