Bulova has worked with three-time Grammy Award winner, Nile Rodgers to celebrate the 40th anniversary of his band Chic’s global hit Le Freak.
The Citizen Watch Company-owned business has made a special edition watch it calls the We Are Family timepiece.
A percentage of sales will be donated to the We Are Family Foundation, which Mr Rodgers co-founded and chairs.
The collaboration developed after Bulova started working with Mr Rodgers earlier this year on a programme called Tune of Time, which supports upcoming artists.
The We Are Family watch comes in a 40mm stainless steel with black IP case on a black nylon strap.
The dial combines the finish of a black vinyl record with a wood effect from the neck of a guitar. It carries the signature of Nile Rodgers.
The watch, priced at $295 in the United States, is engraved on the back with “LE FREAK C’EST CHIC! – FO40” to commemorate the 49th anniversary.
