Kyboe!, a watch brand designed for the Love Island generation of sun-soaked Gen-Zers, is coming to the UK thanks to a distribution agreement with Zircontime.
The watches, which are often over-sized, brightly coloured and covered in Swarovski crystals, are the creation of a Netherlands-based company, but have enjoyed some of their strongest sales in holiday destinations like Ibiza and Miami Beach.
Last year Kyboe! took its story to the United States with two high profile catwalk shows at Miami Swim Show and New York Fashion Week that promoted the Spring Summer 2017 collections.
The watch brand had already been recommended as a Christmas gift by Oprah Winfrey, which led to a dramatic spike in sales.
“It is a perfect brand for the likes of H. Samuel, department stores, Argos, and independents,” explains Peter Middleton, managing director of Zircontime.
The brand arrives in the UK with almost 33,000 followers on Instagram and over 100,000 on Facebook, where it is promoted as a vibrant, youthful fashion accessory.
Prices for Kyboe! watches will range from £150-350.
Many models come in three sizes, for both men and women: 40mm, 48mm and 55mm.
Every watch is waterproof and has a signature LED lighting system that illuminates the dial at the touch of button.
