Department store John Lewis has introduced Nixon to its watch brand line up. Nixon has plans for further expansion in the UK and Europe.
Californian brand Nixon launched at UK retailer John Lewis this September, appealing to a young trend-conscious consumer group.
Expanding its retailer base, Nixon has launched at three premium John Lewis locations in the UK. The brand can now be found at flagship store in Oxford Street, London, as well as the branches in Kingston Upon Thames and High Wycombe.
Nixon watches will also be available online at Johnlewis.com. The brand also has plans to feature in more watch and jewellery shops in the UK and the rest of Europe.
Nixon sales manager Europe Michel Bouchard said: “We are excited to start collaborating with John Lewis. Our main target group consists of young and trend-conscious customers between 15 and 30 years of age and we have a huge fan base amongst this population. We believe that Nixon can create a solid traffic increase in these shops and convinced to become a valuable asset at John Lewis.”
Founded 1998 in Encinitas, Nixon originates from the action sports industry and generates 80% of its sales revenue at specialty board sport stores. The brand is currently distributed in more than 90 countries worldwide.
