Patek Philippe is recruiting to fill a full-time vacancy of Store Manager at its New Bond Street Salon in London.
The London Salon was for years a bijou space of just over 900 square feet; in 2014, it blossomed when the Stern family was able to acquire 16 New Bond Street.
Now, with an area of about 4300 square feet on two floors, the Salon wraps itself smoothly around a street corner and benefits from gloriously airy double aspect windows, which bathe the interior in natural light. The interior is inspired by art deco in a contemporary interpretation.
Due to further expansion and growth, the Swiss-based manufacturer is seeking an additional Store Manager to join the management team and confidently manage the day-to-day running of this London Salon.
This is a very rare opportunity for an aspiring luxury retail management professional to join one of only three Salons owned by Patek Philippe.
Reporting to the Salon Director and working alongside our Store Manager, you will be instrumental in optimising the day-to-day operation of the Salon.
As a key member of the management you will be responsible for, training, coaching, the development of sales and the sales team.
There will also be a strong focus on developing client entertainment and long term client relationships, as well as ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are maintained.
You will be required to use your exceptional organisational skills to ensure the efficient achievement of your team’s goals as well as managing the smooth running of the technical administrative functions within the business.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential while experience of using SAP would be desirable. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits.
