Job Role:

Working alongside already established retail jewellers, you will ensure support is offered through regular physical/virtual meetings to ensure realisation of jointly held business objectives.  Additionally, an important aspect of your daily mission is to identify prospective new retail doors of whom GRAND SEIKO may in the future find opportunity to mutually collaborate and be represented by.

You’ll be appreciative of managing your own time as effectively as possible which, alongside your nationwide field work, does include providing your brand team with analysis be it on product or the overall marketplace.

Tantalising consumer/trade marketing digital assets are ever available for those entrusted authorised stockists to use on their own website and social media platforms, and you will encourage best and timely use of all.  Ever a planner you must propose, agree, and implement all in-store marketing activities and within agreed budgets deliver support that enriches client in-store rapport and optimises timepiece sales.

Ultimately you are empowered to agree, list, and authorise arrival of the GRAND SEIKO product range in-store, committing all to the strongest possible brand representation. Sensitively you will ensure stock inventory of all core models are best positioned to generate maximum sales as well as ensuring capacity for welcoming new product launches and limited-edition special releases.

Brand training is never an after-thought and either yourself, or with the professional assistance of brand colleagues, you are ever eager to ensure meticulous repetition of accurate brand insight empowering consumers to make best future purchasing decisions.  Frequently it is envisaged that there may be bespoke events and promotional activities that again, with your account management foresight, you can propose, account for, and implement — really underscoring this manufacturer’s ceaseless quest to awaken all who view GRAND SEIKO as to the standard of precision, durability and beauty that increasingly is becoming world acclaimed.

Requirements:

  • To be considered it is expected that already you have several years’ experience of a field sales role in the luxury watch market.
  • You will be confident when presenting exacting horological product insight to knowledgeable watch buyers and you are at your very best when introducing newness and industry innovation.
  • Well-trained professionally in best of field-sales etiquette, your experience has always had a customer/quality service focus which you should be eager to ever continue.
  • You are by nature extremely well organised and details matter to you — be it when dealing with your retail clientele, analysing self-performance, or liaising with brand colleagues to the collective betterment of all.
  • As well as being a wholly capable ‘brand custodian ‘, you need also to be ever aware and mindful as to your brands category overall – able to chart, navigate and champion GRAND SEIKO to its rightful future destiny.
