The Daniel Craig era of the James Bond franchise came to an explosive end in No Time To Die, guaranteeing there will be no more Omega watches made in association with his tenure as 007.

That sort of finality adds value to timepieces worn by the actor during his five films as Mr Bond, and fuelled competitive bidding in a charity auction this week for watches worn and other items seen his movies.

Star lots at the Christie’s sale included two OMEGA timepieces worn by Daniel Craig in No Time To Die.

The highest price was a paid for the Seamaster Diver 300M 007 Edition in titanium that (spoiler alert) he wore to his death, which hammered at £226,800

From the same movie, Bond’s Seamaster Aqua Terra Master Co-Axial in stainless steel sold for £119,700, with the charity Orbis, which supports blind people, benefiting.
