Jacques Lemans enters UK market through ATOZ distribution deal

Austrian watch brand Jacques Lemans will enter the UK market after striking a UK distribution deal with ATOZ Distribution.

This latest addition to ATOZ’s growing portfolio of high-quality watch brands precedes new announcements due to be made by the distributor following Baselworld.

Jacques Lemans, now 42-years-old, has 9,500 international stockists in 120 countries and its brand ambassadors include Kevin Costner, Anna Veith and Khatia Buniatishvili.

ATOZ Distribution co-founder, Tom Kennett, commented: “We were first introduced to Jacques Lemans at Baselworld a couple of years ago, and we liked the brand immediately. After being in discussion since then, we finally have everything in place to launch the brand in the UK and Jacques Lemans has a real desire to make it a long-term success here.

“The brand is already well established internationally and has been growing steadily every year, which I think is down to the fact that the watches are great value for money. We have been in advanced discussions with some of the leading online players in the UK and will have some announcements very soon.

“We also plan to target the leading independent retailers in the UK with a specifically curated selection of Jacques Lemans watches that we feel is right for the market. We hope to have some great meetings out at Baselworld this week.”

Jacques Lemans has official sponsorship deals in place around the world. Recent partnerships include creating white label watches for the UEFA Champions League, the UEFA Europa League and Euro League Basketball Final Four, amongst others.

The family-run watchmaker offers around 600 mechanical and quartz timepieces for men and women and has a range of price points, from £80 to £1,300.
