Over 300 leading executives of the British and international watch industry descended on Central London last night for the presentation of this year’s 2019 WatchPro Awards.
Perhaps even more important than the awards themselves, it was an opportunity for the people who make our market so successful to meet, make and rekindle friendships, and share ideas on the path ahead.
Owners, managing directors and chief executives of the watch sector’s biggest companies gathering for the ceremony including the top brass at The Watches of Switzerland Group, Patek Philippe, Bucherer, Beaverbrooks, LVMH, Richemont, Swatch Group, H. Samuel, Ernest Jones, Citizen Watch UK, Chopard, Berry’s Jewellers, Amazon, Time Products, David M Robinson, Movado Group, Garmin, Gucci, Fraser Hart, Seiko, Casio and many more.
By WatchPro’s estimates, the gathering had representatives from companies responsible for over 90% of the £2 billion British watch industry along with a number of global chief executives who flew into London for the night.
