IN PICS: Swedish brand Bravur takes quality control seriously

The founders of Swedish watch brand Bravur take quality control very seriously indeed, personally inspecting each watch before it leaves the building.

Industrial designers Magnus Svensson and Johan Sahlin formed their watch brand in 2011 with friends when they were unable to find a watch style they liked. Bravur’s watches are Swiss-made before the personal inspection is carried out by Svensson and Sahlin in Sweden.

The brand launched into the UK last year and is currently stocked at Wolf and Badger, the designer retailer with two London stores and an e-commerce website which currently stocks nine watch brands including Paulin, Kennett and Bomberg.

Bravur watches, retailing for between £595 and £630, are also available through retailers in the US, Japan, Sweden and Australia. Wholesale is available through the brand’s own website.
