With just days to go until the likely Group G decider between Belgium and England, Ice-Watch has unveiled fresh campaign images featuring the Belgian play maker Eden Hazard.
The promotion is an important step in the re-positioning of Ice-Watch as a brand offering more than just brightly coloured plastic watches. The company is currently exploring distribution options to ramp up its presence in the UK.
One advert shows Mr Hazard wearing the ICE dune chronograph; a second shows the footballer in training clothes, holding a football and wearing the Pierre Leclercq dual-toned chunky chronograph.
Belgian watchmaker Ice-Watch revealed countryman Mr Hazard as a brand ambassador at Baselworld this year.
The new promotional campaign was shot in London in April.
Jean-Pierre Lutgen, CEO and founder of Ice-Watch says: “I am very pleased with the outcome of the video and campaign. Both reflect the accessibility and timeless nature of our creations, while showcasing our most popular collections for men. Eden Hazard has the fun spirit we aim to infuse in every watch created. He was particularly keen to keep hold of the watches!”
