Hublot celebrates 40 years with Japan’s new ‘Hublot Tower’

Also launched concurrently with the store is the new Big Bang GMT All Black from fashion designer Yohji Yamamoto.

Luxury Swiss watch brand Hublot is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year with the opening of its largest flagship store, the Hublot Ginza in Japan.

Set on Tokyo’s Chuo-dori street, the construction has received the moniker of ‘Hublot Tower’ for its 56m dynamic façade.

Open for business now, the Hublot Boutique Ginza is laid out across three floors, with the ground floor displaying the entire brand collection.

Next will be the VIP experience room, and on the top floor guests will find the exhibition area.

The 330-square-metre building marks the brand’s largest retail space, and follows its other flagship boutiques in Paris, Geneva, New York, London and Hong Kong.

Also launched concurrently with the store is the new Big Bang GMT All Black from fashion designer Yohji Yamamoto.

The watch is limited to 50 pieces and utilises Hublot’s Unico manufacture movement HUB1251.
