Hublot and Takashi Murakami have made a second watch together, this time a Classic Fusion in an all sapphire case with the Japanese artist’s signature smiling face created from rubies, pink sapphires, amethysts, blue sapphires, tsavorites and sapphires in yellow and orange.

The first Takashi Murakami collaboration timepiece, an all black model, launched as the beginning of this year.

Only 100 are being made of the Classic Fusion Takashi Murakami Sapphire Rainbow, priced at £88,000.

Their 45mm sapphire cases house a time-only HUB1214 automatic calibre with a power reserve of 72 hours.
