Aviator bristol scout

HIGHLY COMMENDED, WatchPro’s Watches to Watch, Aviator Bristol Scout

Aviator took flight at the turn of the century with a mission to create watches that appeal to the airman in everybody.

By 2015, the brand was distributed in 35 countries.

All its watches would look good on a pilot’s wrist, whether they prefer a vintage style of a more technical aesthetic.

Visibility and readability are carefully considered in all Aviator watches, with SuperLuminova indexes and anti-reflective coating on the screen.

Every Aviator watch is now assembled in Switzerland.

The brand has chosen to compete in the sub-£500 market with this year’s collections, which includes the Bristol Scout (pictured), which uses an automatic Sellita SW 290-1 movement to present hours, minutes, a second counter at 9 o’clock and a date at 3 o’clock.

Several models are available with different dial, case and strap options.
