This year saw British brand Elliot Brown latch onto the marketing potential of releasing special or limited edition pieces and raise funds for a good cause at the same time.
The Elliot Brown Canford Mountain Rescue watch was designed in conjunction with Mountain Rescue England & Wales and is based on the brand’s popular Canford model.
The Poole-based company pledged to donated a substantial £36 for every watch sold to the volunteer rescue organisation to allow them to buy vital, potentially life-saving equipment.
The 316L stainless steel watch features a custom caseback deep-etched with the group’s logo and is presented on a black leather strap with a custom-weave black ballistic nylon strap included in the box along with two screwdrivers to swap them over. Elliot Brown also created a special POS stand for the model made of stone.
