Legendary jeweller Fabergé first fine watch collection introduced in 2015 was warmly received by luxury fashion, jewellery and horology experts, encouraging the maison to open a timepiece workshop in Geneva to drive its development.
The first fruits of that workshop appeared this year, and watch experts are purring at the creativity of the £23,600 Visionnaire.
The watch, using an adapted AGH 6924 calibre, displays two time zones simultaneously.
The hours and minutes of the local time zone circle around a raised, decorated dome located at the centre of the dial where the hour of another time zone is viewed through a large aperture.
An additional theatrical touch is a dial side rotor, visible beneath the dial’s colour-matched sapphire crystal hour ring.
