Henrik Leth Møller leaves Bering Time

Henrik Leth Møller has left his role as UK managing director at watch brand Bering Time.

Leth Møller has headed up the development of the brand in the UK since its launch in the country in September 2011. Since then the brand has grown significantly and now has more than 300 points of sale.

Before joining Bering, Leth Møller was chief executive of Spinning Jewelry for five years.

Leth Møller said that he has left Bering to take on another job. While he is keeping tight lipped for now on which company he has joined, he told WatchPro that he has taken a UK-based position with a jewellery company and that an official announcement will follow in the next week.

Bering has yet to comment on plans for Leth Møller’s successor.

In July Leth Møller was selected as a CMJ Brand Champion in the WatchPro Hot 100 2013 in association with The Company of Master Jewellers in recognition of his successes launching Bering in the UK.

At the time, he said of his work ethic: “I have always been very good at setting high targets and goals for myself and naively believing they are achievable and working towards them. It is almost like the bumble bee – no-one has told it that it cannot fly, so it flies.”
