Harrods appoints fashion director of fine watches

Luxury department store Harrods has appointed Jason Broderick as fashion director of menswear, sports and fine watches.

Newly appointed director Broderick was previously general merchandise manager of menswear, sports and watches and now takes up the role as fashion director of menswear, sports and watches, overseeing three of the key growth areas for the business.

Since joining Harrods in 1998, Broderick has played a pivotal role in the growth of the menswear business, overseeing the development of the Lower Ground International Designer Gallery and Fashion Lab, Ground Floor Tailoring department and Sports Floor on the Fifth Floor.

Broderick will now report to managing director Michael Ward and will join the senior merchant team made up of Bruce Langlands, director of food and beverages and Annalise Quest, director of homeware.

Additionally, Helen David has been promoted to fashion director of womenswear, accessories, fine jewellery and childrenswear.
