Gucci promotes its timepieces with Selfridges Christmas window display


Gucci is ending a week long promotion today that has seen a G-Timeless displayed in the UK’s most valuable windows: Selfridges on London’s Oxford Street.

The display, which was in the window from December 6 to 12, showed the G-Timeless Three Dimensional Watch that the brand launched earlier this year at Baselworld.

The 38mm quartz timepiece has the GG logo as a floating hologram on both the dial and the strap. The model is WatchPro‘s Ladies’ Watch of the Year for 2018.

Three of the timepieces are showcased at Selfridges inside round convex glass elements with metallic frames and white LED lighting.

A metallic pink angel hair tinsel curtain with fiber optic lighting serves as an eye-catching backdrop, and the floor is finished with a pink glitter resin effect.

The Selfridges promotion has been running at the same time as a Gucci pop-up shop in another of London’s highest footfall locations, the Westfield White City shopping centre in West London.
