Grenchen Time has won the distribution of Rodania watches in the UK and Irish markets.
The distributor, based in Essex, will oversee the distribution of Rodania’s two families of Swiss-made watches, its ceramic Mystery collection of classic automatic and chronograph watches, and the Swiss Chic collection that features “appealing design twists”.
Rodania has also recently launched a new advertising campaign to showcase that it is “an authentic brand, not fake or staged, genuine, with real people, a brand for every day, close to daily life”.
The campaign is said to capture the intensity of a specific moment and how a watch will always be by your side during those moments that you value.
The brand has chosen three different moments to translate its new concept: a sporting victory at a polo match, relaxing on the water in a boat and a woman horse riding.
Rodania was founded in 1930 and remains an independent Swiss watch brand that already has an established presence around the rest of the world.
Grenchen Time Ltd distributes Christina Design, a Danish diamond set Swiss watch brand as well as Rodania. Its sister company is Michel Herbelin UK Ltd, has distributed Michel Herbelin watches in the UK for 20 years.
