Grand Seiko has celebrated 50 years of the Nissan GT-R and 20 years of its Spring Drive with a new limited edition watch.
The SBGC229 model pays homage to Japanese classic GT-R as well as the Spring Drive with a see through caseback.
The automatic watch has a power reserve of 72 hours and is accurate to around half a second per day.
Its 46.4mm case is made of high-intensity titanium and ceramic with a transparent back which gives the wearer a look at the Spring Drive movement.
It is water resistant to 10 bar and comes in ‘Bayside Blue’ the iconic color of the GT-R.
It will be available in June until March at selected Grand Seiko and Seiko Boutiques, and selected retail partners across the world.
Limited to 200 pieces, it is expected to retail for around £18,600.
