Glashütte Original releases limited edition PanoInverse model with only 25 pieces available

According to the firm, the watch presents a new interpretation of the idea of “openly displaying the inner beauty of a timepiece.”

Glashütte Original has released its new PanoInverse – Limited Edition, a platinum timepiece that is limited to 25 pieces.

According to the firm, the watch presents a new interpretation of the idea of “openly displaying the inner beauty of a timepiece” by allowing the balance bridge to seemingly float within the movement.

Another characteristic feature is the filigree foliage which flows over the rhodiumplated surface on the upper side with the balance bridge and on the back of the movement.

According to Glashütte the hand engraving transforms each of the 25 watches into a unique work of art.

The unconventional face of the watch is enhanced by screw-mounted gold chatons, ruby-red jewels, blued screws and gilt engravings, while skeletonizing is evident in the white gold hour and minute hands.

The manual winding Calibre 66-08 beats at a frequency of 4 Hz and features a running time of 41 hours while the watch offers a power reserve display and a second-stop mechanism in addition to hour, minute and small second indicators.

The movement is housed in a 42 mm polished and satin-brushed platinum case, while a blue sapphire cabochon adorns the crown.

The cornflower blue of the screws, the finely grained dial and the dark blue Louisiana alligator leather strap offer additional blue accents.

The timepiece is available from Glashütte Original Boutiques and selected dealers around the world.
