Swatch Group’s German watchmaker Glashütte Original has added two models to its SeaQ Panorama Date family, one with a red gold case and black dial, the other is a bi-colour piece in stainless steel and red gold with a sunray grey dial with gold markers and hands.
SeaQ was a successful launch last year, hitting one of the year’s hottest trends with a tool watch inspired by the first diver’s timekeeper made in Glashütte, the Spezimatic Type RP TS 200 from 1969.
2020 editions have a ceramic bezel with white lacquer inlay, sapphire casebacks and are waterproof to 300 metres.
The SeaQ Panorama Date uses the Calibre 36 with a silicon balance spring. It is said to have a running time of 100 hours.
They are sold with a waterproof grey nylon mesh strap or with a black rubber strap.
The watches go on sale in July. Prices start at €14,500.
