Glashütte Original, a German prestige and luxury watchmaking company, has expanded its ladies’ line with a blue variant of its PanoMatic Luna.
The moonphase piece PanoMatic Luna is available in 39mm stainless steel case, which features the in-house made automatic 90-12.
The blue mother-of-pearl dial displays a moonphase at two o’clock and a silver oval-window displaying the date at four o’clock. The company says that the desired hue of the dial was achieved by applying a layer of lacquer to the back of the pearl.
The off-centred seconds, hours and minutes dial, much like the rest of the watch, is adorned with diamonds, as are the hour markers and the circumference of the Bezel.
The company states that a total of 83 diamonds can be found on the watch, including 64 on the bezel, and 19 featuring on the indexes, crown and dial.
The PanoMatic Luna range is available with two alternative straps of Louisiana alligator leather or rubber. Both are outfitted with an easy changing system.
