Casio G-Shock has made a limited edition Mudmaster in collaboration with Burton, a well-known American snowboard brand.
The GG-B100BTN-1A has all the ruggedness expected of G-Shock, and is designed with a snow-covered tree camouflage pattern, said to have been taken from scenes of forests in British Columbia captured by world-renowned snowboard photographer Dean Blotto Gray.
The watch is released March 1, priced at £379 and will be available only at G-Shock boutiques and on its own website.
“It’s the upmost honor to collaborate with G-Shock and Burton, two amazing brands doing great things for outdoor enthusiasts” says Mr Blotto Gray.
“Having my work featured on the new Burton x G-Shock Mudmaster Watch is a total joy, and I look forward to sharing it with the world.”
The Mudmaster comes with a Carbon Core Guard Structure and three-layered carbon-insert bezel that is mud and dust resistant, as well as large textured buttons that can be pushed while wearing gloves.
It has location and step-tracking while communicating with the G-Shock Connected App that keeps a log.
The watch has dual time, five daily alarms, stopwatch, a compass, altimeter/barometer, thermometer and accelerometer in its 200 metre water resistant package.
