Breitling, in partnership with Watches of Switzerland, has opened the doors on its industrial loft concept, the second in Scotland.
Located in St James Quarter in the capital, the boutique is to be managed by the Watches of Switzerland Group.
On the opening, Gavin Murphy, Breitling’s managing director in the UK, said: “The St James Quarter development is an exciting addition to Edinburgh and will bring a whole new dynamic to the city’s shopping experience. We are delighted to be opening our boutique in this new environment that fits seamlessly with our brand and will certainly reflect the perfect opportunity to widen our customer base.”
Adding: “This is our second boutique in Scotland, playing an integral part of the continued expansion of Breitling’s complete brand presence in key cities throughout the UK. We are delighted to partner with Watches of Switzerland once again on this latest project.”
While Craig Bolton, executive director UK of the Watches of Switzerland Group, said: “We are delighted to be opening this Breitling Boutique in St James Quarter here in Edinburgh, our second in Scotland.
“We are proud of our partnership with Breitling and look forward to introducing clients to the brand.”
Customers are able to browse Breitling’s collections at their leisure, with timepieces that are rooted in the Brand’s worlds of Air, Sea and Land, presented throughout the boutique in bookcase-style industrial display cases adorned with matching thematic props.
A scale Bentley car sits alongside the Premier collection, scale planes bring to life the Navitimer range, and coral sculptures aim to recall the depths of the sea next to the Superocean.
The extensive collection includes exclusive limited editions such as the Premier Watches of Switzerland Limited Edition, which launched last year to celebrate its long-standing partnership with the Watches of Switzerland Group.
