Elliot Brown Watches announce first women’s collection

Award winning British watchmaker Elliot Brown will introduce its first women’s line this summer.

The new Kimmeridge collection, named after a surf spot close to where Elliot Brown is based in Dorset’s Jurassic coast, is made up of nine styles.

Arriving in shops for June, the new range offers leather, solid link and Milanese straps, designed to be easily interchangeable. The dials echo the design of the men’s Canford collection, redesigned with feminine touches.

Elliot Brown has chosen adventurers Lizzie Carr, who completed a 400 mile solo paddle boarding expedition along the length of England’s waterways, and Sarah Outen MBE, the first woman and the youngest person to row solo across the Indian Ocean, to represent the active wrist wear collection as ambassadors.

Co-founder Ian Elliot told WatchPro: “We are proud to enjoy relationships with some amazing people and it’s the people, their personalities and their incredible journeys and reputation that are a rubber stamp for our brand.

“A good word to sum it up would be credibility. We aren’t the kind of brand that pays celebrities to wear our watches – there’s a far greater sense of fit-for purpose desirability that our ambassadors enjoy supporting.”
