Elliot Brown join CMJ

Spritely British watch brand Elliot Brown has joined the Company of Master Jewellers as an approved supplier.

Ian Elliot, co-founder of Elliot Brown, said: "Throughout our history we’ve been staunch supporters of high quality independent retailers – to us they’re the local lifeblood of the UK economy. The CMJ gives us a great opportunity to meet like-minded owners and support the organisation at the same time. As a British watch brand, Elliot Brown needs a great platform to showcase the unique features and quality engineering built into every watch. Joining the CMJ was an easy decision and we’re very happy to be part of it. Please make sure to come and say hello at the CMJ trade event in Birmingham in March – we’re in Hall 2!”

Supplier members of the CMJ are presented to the group’s extensive network of independent UK retailers through a calendar of trade shows, networking events and intranet updates as well as being able to use a centralised payment system.

Lucy Reece-Raybould, of the Company of Master Jewellers, said: "We met Ian and Alex from Elliot Brown at the London Watch Show last year and felt instantly that the company had something really unique to offer our retail members. Not only is the product spec amazing but the care and thought that has gone into every aspect of the product and marketing support offers the retailer a really great story to sell to their customers.

“CMJ believes in supporting emerging talent so it is great to be able to do that with this fledgling company. Elliot Brown are independent and so are our members; they know that it takes hard work to make a brand, are committed to working with the CMJ retailers to generate sales and create a great working partnership. We will be welcoming Elliot Brown to our Trade Event in March where we will be encouraging our members to view this exciting new range of watches.”
