Ebel updates captivating women’s watch

Ebel’s new iconic wave-link bracelet is a modern take on a design, first introduced in 1977, that is classic, contemporary and fashionably versatile, thanks to its fluid design and harmonious lines.

The proportions and silhouettes for Ebel’s winter 2013 collection are influenced by couture shapes, including cocoon sleeves, nipped-in-waists, full skirts and oversized coats, that have been updated using austere, minimalistic and structural forms. The Ebel Wave Lady, on a double-wrapped band of brushed stainless steel links contrasted by polished steel waves or the warmth of red gold PVD-finished waves, creates a soft impression heightened by a mother-of-pearl dial. The glamour of this wrist-wrapping metal design facilitates an easy transition from day to evening wear.

The calf leather strap version is also inherently feminine, and its curved lines and tactile quality resemble a serpent coiled around the wearer’s. The watch also features an elegant mother-of-pearl dial and is offered in stainless steel on a grey strap, stainless steel & 18K red gold with an off-white strap, or with an 18K rose gold case complemented by a brown strap.

Each of the four styles is equipped with a fine Swiss quartz movement and anti-reflective sapphire crystal and are water-resistant to 50 metres. Their mother-of-pearl dials are graced by slender rhodium-plated or gold-plated diamond-polished hands, applied EBEL symbol at 12:00 and Arabic numeral at 6:00.
