eBay has confirmed its participation at this month’s Las Vegas Antique Luxury Jewelry & Watch Show.
It is the first time the ecommerce giant has taken part in the event, which takes place at the Wynn Las Vegas from August 24-26, alongside Couture and at the same time as JCK at the neighboring Sands Resort.
As a longtime leader in the luxury watch market and one of the largest luxury watch marketplaces in the world, eBay’s inaugural association with this year’s show is a paramount and timely milestone amidst a series of achievements for our luxury business over the past year, the company says.

eBay has been building trust and improving its service for buyers and sellers in the luxury watch space over the the past year.
Its most significant initiative was the launch in 2020 of the Authenticity Guarantee, which sees every watch sold for more than $2,000 checked by a specialist authentication company on the way from a seller to a buyer.
The offer launched in the United States before being rolled out to Japan.
It has also been expanded to include luxury handbags.
In April this year, eBay announced the addition of escrow to marketplace payment offerings for luxury watches in order to provide an added convenience for its customers via a trusted third party partner.
