Close to 200,000 visitors generated almost 500,000 page views in the past two weeks on WATCHPRO.com, setting this site on course to hit one million page views from 400,000 visitors in January.

These figures do not include traffic to our sister sites for the American and German markets, which add another 50,000 users between them in a typical month.

Since WATCHPRO.com embraced a consumer audience along with its loyal following within the trade, traffic has soared to record levels.

Enthusiasts and watch collectors appear to appreciate the instant news, analysis, investment advice and stories behind the glamorous and luxurious watches they love.

This surge in website traffic was crucial to the success of last year’s WATCHPRO Salon in London, which demonstrated how our digital reach supports community events that bring brands, retailers, press and consumers together.

Festival of Time

WATCHPRO has a unique vantage point to view the entire industry, and it is clear that a vast swathe of brands will not have the opportunity this spring to present their watches in person to the trade and consumers.

We aim to fix that issue with the launch of Festival of Time in London from April 5 to 7.

Festival of Time begins before the finish of Watches and Wonders, helping visitors from outside Europe to plan for a single trip to take in shows in Europe’s two biggest watch-loving capitals, Geneva and London.

Festival of Time takes place at Hotel Cafe Royal, one of London’s most iconic venues located where Regent Street meets Piccadilly Circus.

Individual brands will present their 2022 novelties to collectors, press and retailers from their own private suites within the hotel as well as participating in group sessions.

Festival of Time has a keen eye on the ‘festival’ element, with concierge professionals laying on opportunities to visit London’s incredible restaurants, theaters, cultural attractions and sporting events before, during and after the event.

Full details of Festival of Time will be released next week, but we are sharing details to ensure people can plan their travel around attending both Geneva and London shows.
