Citizen has been named Watch Brand of the Year at the 2015 UK Jewellery Awards, in association with jewellery brand Clogau.
Citizen beat finalists Casio, Rotary, Nomos Glashütte, Seiko and Storm London to the award, which was sponsored by Bransom.
The Watch Retailer of the Year award, sponsored by Citizen, was Watchfinder. The pre-owned watch specialist beat finalists Watches of Switzerland, which opened the world’s largest emporium for luxury brands at 155 Regent Street this year, and Winsor Bishop, Norfolk’s exclusive watch agents for Patek Philippe, Panerai, Breitling and Bremont.
The awards took place on Wednesday night in the moat of the Tower of London where an event space has been created for the summer.
Independent Jewellery Retailer of the year, sponsored by TH March, is Hugh Rice, which offers a raft of luxury and fashion watch brands from its online store and three multi-brand high street shops in the North East of England.
