Citizen has launched a national watch registration programme and guarantee extension which it claims is superior to those offered by all other major brands.
The new National Watch Registration Programme from Citizen Watch UK offers an additional one year guarantee on top of the five years already offered on new purchases.
The programme is open to all customers who have purchased a Citizen watch since December 1 last year and can be accessed via an online registration site. Information of the new process will be supplied to customers within a leaflet supplied with each new watch purchase.
The programme will also see every participating customer entered into a monthly prize draw for the opportunity to win a watch to the same value as that purchased.
Citizen will also use the customers’ details for a consumer direct marketing programme with the purpose of driving customers back in store through regular email communications detailing product launches, brand ambassador news, seasonal events and exclusive news and competitions.
