Chopard wants to put a smile on people’s faces this summer with a range of Happy Sport watches landing in a range of fruity colours.
The steel- or rose gold-cased models in 36mm and 30mm versions, come with interchangeable rubber straps in purple, bright pink and anise green.
Since 1993, Chopard designer Caroline Scheufele has pitched the Happy Sport as but informal, precious and sporty.
“Conventions have never been its thing. This joyful, independent, mischievous and eminently modern timepiece makes light of codes and trends,” Chopard says.
The summer 2017 family allow the diamonds that float in the dial of the Happy Sport collections to roam freely throughout the case.
“The famous moving diamonds – epitomising the collection and whirling between two sapphire crystals, free of any setting – perform their fascinating dance against a classic yet contemporary smooth white dial backdrop,” Chopard describes.
