Cartier puts Pasha at the heart of its 2020 launch programme

Distinctive square in a circle concept is adopted for a broad range of ladies’ and unisex watches.

Google Cartier Pasha today and you will be offered pages of listings for perfume.

It is not a watch collection with the brand recognition of Tank or Panthere, despite the first Pasha watches launching back in 1985 and having many updates over the past 35 years.

For 2020, Cartier has put Pasha front and centre of its launch programme, presenting it as a broad collection of 24 SKUs with gender-neutral models alongside pieces aimed directly at Cartier’s core female customer.

Like most recent Cartier collections, the Pasha watches have quick-release interchangeable straps and bracelets, making them versatile for customers and increasing repeat business potential for retailers.

Pasha de Cartier has two key design signatures. The watches have circular cases framing dials with a square shape at their centre. They also have a crown guard set with a blue sapphire that unscrews to reveal the smaller crown beneath, with a second sapphire.

There are versions in steel, yellow gold, pink gold and set with diamonds. At the top end of the line there are watches with intricate skeletonised dials; others are fine jewellery pieces encrusted with gems.

They have sapphire crystal casebacks revealing a range of different movements, ranging from the three-hand automatic 1847 MC up to a manual winding 9466 MC skeletonised movement with tourbillon.

Pasha de Cartier watches come in two sizes: 41mm and 35mm.
