Co-founders of British watch brand Bremont, Giles and Nick English, have announced that they will be embarking on a west coast driving tour of the USA.
The big drive, which will cover nearly 1,000 miles, is a follow-up to last year’s equivalent tour by the brothers of the east coast of America, as Bremont continues to strengthen its presence in a key market for the brand.
Taking place on 6-15 June, this year’s route will take them from Pheonix to San Francisco, hosting a series of events along the way. More specifically, they’ll be visiting local car clubs en route and launching a new limited edition watch with Bremont brand ambassador Mark Healer during their Los Angeles stopover.
The choice of Nick English’s car is thoroughly British, in keeping with the values of the brand itself, as he will be driving a 1970 Series II 4.2L Jaguar E-Type, which was restored by the brothers’ father over 35 years ago. Giles English, meanwhile, will be behind the wheel of his own 1973 Porsche 911T.
