Bremont success is good news for aviation watches

With a brand new manufactory in Henley and an HSBC Global Connection Award under its belt, British aviation watch Bremont is enjoying a purple patch; good news for the aviation watch sector in general.

Its two latest launches are the military-inspired ALT1-B2 and a blue-hued extension to its U-2 collection.

The ALT1-B2 chronograph is inspired by a watch Bremont created for the B2 Stealth Bomber Aircrew last year and has a modified BE-54E movement, Trip-Tick case with Roto-click internal bezel and a black DLC case.

The latest edition to the U-2 family of watches is the U-2 Blue, a blue-faced blue-barrelled chronometer with an exhibition caseback as standard, which is a new feature for the range.

It has an anti-shock rubberised movement mount designed to withstand ejection from a Martin-Baker aircraft ejection seat.
