Bremont supermarine 2000

Bremont reaches new depths with Supermarine 2000

Bremont has revealed its latest diving watch, the Supermarine 2000, designed and launched as a follow up to the success of its Supermarine 500.

The brand said it designed the Supermarine 2000 with professional divers in mind, increasing the size of the case to 45mm and its depth tolerance to 2,000m (6,500ft).

The watch movement is protected by a specially constructed “anti-shock” COSC certified mount, while an anti-magnetic Faraday cage surrounds the movement to protect the balance, spring and escapement from the effects of magnetism.

This watch was built using Bremont’s own Trip-Tick three-piece case system, with the model tested in the UK. The 2000 model also features a helium escape valve, while the case itself has been specifically treated for strength using Bremont’s B-EBE2000 technology.
